A MSCSP student shares the cultural transition from Spain to Germany.
The fact is, I traveled from Spain to Germany. Although I’m from Ecuador, I completed my bachelor’s degree in Spain. After all, the transition from Spain to Germany wasn’t all that drastic. In any case, Ecuadorian and European culture is still Western culture even if Europe has already arrived. To be honest, I didn’t find it all that startling. That is what I have found. Long-term residents of Ilmenau have the impression that their city is far from everything. Ultimately, however, the value of what you earn and the ability to ignore unimportant things is priceless. After completing your master’s degree, the globe is your oyster, allowing you to go anywhere you like. Thus, living in a small town is really not that horrible this time.
